چکیده
The experiment was conducted at poultry farm of Chandra Shekar Azad University, Kanpur during summer season date.. to assess the muscles composition, nutrient utilization and economics on feeding dried mushroom broiler chickens. Broiler chicken supplemented with edible P. florida mushroom, 20g/kg eoes sajor caju mushroom. Day-old chicks from a single hatch were weighed individually divided into 4 groups six birds each random. given basic diet for starter finisher rations 0–3 4-6 weeks, respectively. One group (G1) kept as control, while remaining three (G2, G3, G4) their same food G1 combined various types mushrooms. Groups G2, G4 fed dry Throughout six-week testing period, drink freely available. Feed consumption, Muscles composition values monitored weekly. Economics also calculated. It found that, highest in G3 whereas benefit cost ratio G2. application Pleurotuus sp.mushroom (P. florida, P.eoes, P.sajor respectively) different improved growth rate season. Pleurotous is therefore required an improvement performance summer.

The experiment was conducted on forty five broiler chickens at 4 weeks of age, for a period of threeweeks, to assess the effect of complete replacement of fish meal with processed fish wastes (fish waste acidsilage and surimi waste powder) on the blood protein, lipid and antioxidant status in broiler chicken, eventhough an earlier study indicated that this replacement induced normal growth rate...
متن کاملEmulsifier Effect on Fat Utilization in Broiler Chicken
A trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of fat emulsifier on fat utilization in broiler chickens using 240 days old chicks which were divided into 24 replicates in a 3×2 factorial arrangement under Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Experimental diets were formulated using 1, 2 or 3% fat with or without fat emulsifier (Lecithin) at 350 mg kgG1. The trial lasted for 35 days and was divided...

متن کاملUtilization of Melon Husk with Wild Mushroom (Ganoderma sp) and Enzyme Supplement: Effect on Performance of Broiler Chicken
Melon husks are shells usually discarded in large quantities (tonnage) as agricultural waste materials in different parts of Nasarawa State in Nigeria, thereby polluting the environment. An experiment was therefore conducted to determine the nutritional value and effect of utilizing melon husks meal in broiler diets as feed ingredient with or without wild mushroom (Ganoderma sp) and exogenous e...

In vitro incubation studies were carried out to determine if various carbohydrase preparations contained appropriate activities to target nonstarch polysaccharides (NSP) of wheat, soybean meal (SBM), canola meal, and peas. Triplicate samples (0.1 g) were incubated with a number of carbohydrase preparations (i.e., cellulase, pectinase, xylanase, glucanase, galactanase, and mannanase) or their co...
